UK CHARTS: Killzone 3 outguns Bulletstorm to No.1

Killzone 3 has debuted at No.1 in the Chart-Track All Formats Top 40.

Sony’s FPS beat EA’s highly anticipated Bulletstorm to the top spot. The Epic-developed shooter still enjoyed a strong first week, making No.2, which is no bad feat for a new IP. It is one of four EA games in the Top Ten.

Call of Duty: Black Ops drops to No.3, making it three 18+ rated games in the Top Three. Meanwhile, Capcom’s Marvel vs Capcom 3 has slipped down to seventh place.

However, there’s no sign of Nintendo’s Kirby’s Epic Yarn in the Top 40. The game debuted at No.9 in the Wii charts.

The Chart-Track All Formats Top 10:

1: Killzone 3 (Sony)
2: Bulletstorm (EA)
3: Call of Duty: Black Ops (Activision)
4: FIFA 11 (EA)
5: Just Dance 2 (Ubisoft)
6: Dead Space 2 (EA)
7: Marvel vs Capcom 3 (Capcom)
8: Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (EA)
9: Wii Party (Nintendo)
10: Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood.
