UK retailers offer exclusive Dark Souls II pre-order merchandise

Namco Bandai is rewarding consumers who pre-order Dark Souls II with a host of exclusive loot.

The items, which range from t-shirts to comics and iPhone cases, are exclusive to individual retailers, so Dark Souls fans will have a bevvy of treats to choose from when placing their pre-order.

These items will be awarded at no extra cost to fans who have shown such valued support and demand for the next installment of FromSoftware’s award-winning franchise” said Lee Kirton, Namco Bandai Games UK PR and marketing director.

These goods are an additional incentive to the already existing, high-valued Black Armour and Collector’s Editions and are available for a limited time only”.

GAME will offer consumers who pre-order either the standard, Black Armor or Collector’s editions of Dark Souls II will receive a special edition t-shirt, while Gamestop shoppers will be rewarded with a limited production poster.

Meanwhile, UK indies are also getting in on the action too, offering an alternate limited edition poster.

Online shoppers will also have their pre-orders rewarded as Amazon offers Dark Souls fans one of four collectable steel art cards.

ShopTo is offering a themed iPhone 5 case whilst The Hut and Zavvi bundle the 22-page Dark Souls II ‘Into the Light’ comic with pre-orders of the game.
