US: Metal Gear Solid bundle for PSN

Konami has lifted the lid on a brand new digital Metal Gear Solid bundle for PSP that’s now available to download on the North American arm of Sony’s PlayStation Network.

The $29.99 single download includes gaming duo Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops and Portable Ops Plus, as well as the Metal Gear Solid: Digital Graphic Novel.

Furthermore, a Konami UK spokesperson has confirmed that discussions are ongoing regarding the possibility of brining the same bundle to the UK arm of PSN, though nothing has yet been confirmed.

The Metal Gear Solid series created a unique stealth action genre within video games, and subsequently became one of the most popular game franchises in the world,” Konami’s digital director of marketing in the US David Daniels stated.
