Venom teases new PS3 range

Venom has signed a PS3 licensing deal with Sony and will unveil new products at E3.

Under the new agreement, the UK peripherals specialist is allowed to design and manufacture products for the platform holder’s current home console.

Venom is remaining tight-lipped about the products it has in the works for Sony’s console but promises all will be revealed in Los Angeles next month.

"What I can say at this point is that we plan to launch the new products in Q4 this year throughout all PAL territories," said Venom’s head of business development Darren Scott.

This is a great opportunity for us to work with our existing and new partners to expand Venom’s portfolio and push the brands further.”

Venom already has a range of PS3 accessories, including headsets and charging docks for controllers and the Move.

"We are extremley proud and privileged to be a part of the PlayStation family," said Scott. Our main focus is to bring affordable, desirable products to consumers and expand both the PlayStation and Venom brands.”
