VIDEO: Exploring Far Cry 3’s sandbox gameplay

There’s still over a month to wait, but that’s no reason not to be very, very excited about Far Cry 3.

In a new video by GameSpot we’re shown a little about how the world is constructed and how players can go about navigating – and in turn liberating – different areas of the island.

Also touched upon are the choices between stealth and action, as well as weapon crafting. Oh, and skinning goats.

As you would expect, the game looks gorgeous and the design decisions look to both build and improve upon the also successful Far Cry 2.

Far Cry 3 is out in the UK on Nov 30th. Here’s the video:
