VIDEO: Mario Kart 8 Limited Edition comes with Spiny Shell

Nintendo has detailed the Limited Edition release of Wii U racer Mario Kart 8.

The SKU comes with a Spiny Shell model. And a physical copy of the game, obviously.

It’s currently available for 49.99 from Amazon and 59.99 from GAME. Those who have already pre-ordered the game should be able to upgrade if they contact the retailer in question.

It has also been confirmed that the original SNES title Super Mario Kart will be released on the Wii U eShop on March 27th. Furthermore, those who buy that game will get a 5.49 discount on the digital version of Mario Kart 8.

Mario Kart 8 will be released on May 30th.
