Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown dated for PSN/XBLA

Sega has revealed release dates and pricing for its upcoming downloadable title Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown.

The stand-alone 3D fighter will hit PSN on June 5th, with an XBLA launch taking place a day later on June 6th. Both versions will be priced at 14.99.

Character customization DLC packs will be offered alongside the game’s launch for all of the 19 fighters, with each pack costing $4.99.

Alternatively, players can go all in while saving significantly by purchasing one or both of the two character bundle packs (one with nine and the other with 10 character packs put together) that go for $14.99 each; a discount equaling approximately $65 when compared to buying each pack individually.

Each character pack is said to contain between 600-950 different items.
