Walking Dead game on the way?

A video game adaptation of popular TV series The Walking Dead could in the works at Telltale Games.

Invitations sent to the press reveal that the episodic games developer will announce five new multi-platform projects on February 7th, according to 1UP.

Telltale claims one of these will be based on a just-launched property from the TV and comic book world whose popularity is changing life as some know it”.

Reports suggest this refers to The Walking Dead, which originated as a comic series and is one of the hottest new properties on TV.

The developer is currently working on episodic games based on Back to the Future and Jurassic Park.
