Xbox One owners receive Battlefield 4 Premium refunds

Some Xbox One owners have claimed they have been successfully refunded for their Battlefield 4 Premium membership.

Premium is a 39.99 subscription that is available to Battlefield 4 owners, entitling them to access to all of the game’s post-release DLC.

However, after the game’s significant technical problems (which to be fair have affected Xbox One far less than some other platforms) it seems that Microsoft is now willing to refund any unsatisfied customers.

Ok one lot of new DLC is downloaded and i’m instantly "lost connection to EA servers"! This is a joke!,” on user of the game’s forum wrote, claiming to have been told in replay by a Microsoft rep that: I have removed the licenses and provided 39.99 back to your Microsoft account.”

Another user added: Just done it, and i’m over the moon, i can confirm the money has gone back into my Microsoft account! EA/Dice need to take notice, we as customers must not be treated like cash cows to fund Betas!”

Note, however, that these users have also lost their Battlefield Premium access.
