Yu Suzuki making Kinect fighting title

Game development pioneer Yu Suzuki has joined Tokyo-based Premium Agency as executive game producer, the group has announced.

The industry veteran Suzuki will advise on a number of social and mobile projects, but also for living-room devices.

Premium Agency has said Suzuki will oversee a new, as yet unknown, fighting game for Kinect.

The impact this new role has on Suzuki’s relationship with Sega is unknown. Sister site Develop, which broke the story, has contacted Sega for comment.
