Angry Birds studio to launch ‘Amazing Alex’

Mikael Hed, the chief executive at Finland studio Rovio, has revealed that the studio’s first post-Angry Birds game will be called Amazing Alex and will be released in two months.

The financial details behind the acquisition were not discosed.

"The quality pressure is high. We want to maintain the high standard Angry Birds fans have come to enjoy," Hed told news channel Yle.

He also claimed that Amazing Alex’s gameplay features an “educational element”, though details are not yet clear.
