Software demo to tour UK in March

Audio Factory unveils Semantic Equaliser

Audio Factory has announced its new Semantic Equaliser software, which it plans to demo to developers and publishers across the UK in March.

The software is the first release by Audio Factory for PC and console, and enables sound and game designers to create and test complex logic based gameplay ‘queries’ or scenarios related to the triggering of in-game sound effects and DSP effects.

The Semantic Equaliser automatically generates code that interfaces to commercial sound engines, including Audiokinetic’s Wwise and FMOD.

The technology will also be on show at GDC09 in San Francisco, taking place in March. For more information visit the Audio Factory website.
