The event, now in its second year, runs from February 2nd to 4th, held at BAFTA headquarters in London.

Broomhall’s contributions to game audio can be found in games such as the original X-COM series and Heavenly Sword. He also chairs the BAFTA Audio Awards and sits on the BAFTA Videogames Committee.

Roger Furness, managing director of event organizer AES, said the “considerable technical advances driven and inspired by videogame production [keeps game audio] of paramount importance to our members.”
