Dave Jones to present GDC 08 session

Over on the GDC Director’s Cut blog, executive director of the Game Developers Conference Jamil Moledina has revealed that Realtime Worlds’ Dave Jones is to present a session looking at the work behind his next title.

‘My First MMO‘, according to its session description, ‘walks and talks us for the first time through something a little different from the fantasy based RPG’s’. Presumably he will be discussing the work done on APB, Realtime Worlds’ previously announced project for Webzen. The game was first named a few years ago, although little firm details have been released since.

Another MMO vet is to talk at GDC, with conference circuit regular Raph Koster set to give a postmortem of his new Metaplace project, which lets users create and run online environments themselves and share them with others.
