Kuno Tsunoda hired as Xbox general manager

EA Chicago GM lands at Microsoft

GameTap reports that Kuno Tsunoda, former general manager at EA’s recently closed Chicago studio, has joined Microsoft as a general manager in the Xbox division.

Tsunoda is the latest EA vet to join Microsoft, alongside Xbox Live boss John Schappert (formerly EA’s VP of worldwide studios) and Xbox honcho Don Mattrick.

GameTap’s sources say that Tsunoda’s hire is part of a reorganisation headed by Mattrick, and that he will be ‘project lead on an upcoming Gears of War title.’
