EA reveals new UK-made PSN/XBLA game

Electronic Arts has announced it is currently working on Spare Parts, a new digital-only action adventure.

The game is being developed by UK-based studio EA Bright Light, and will be released on Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network this winter.

Spare Parts tells the tale of two robots, Mar-T and Chip, who find themselves stranded on a strange planet. They must salvage junk and other spare parts to repair their spaceship and escape before the evil Lord Krung hunts them down.

Players can work together in both local and online co-op modes, as they battle enemies, rescue other stranded robots and upgrade their abilities with new action parts.

Spare Parts will be on display at Electronic Arts’ E3 booth.
