Emergent offering out new LightSpeed beta

The latest edition of Gamebryo LightSpeed is being made available via a beta version of the engine.

Version 3.2 of the Develop Award-nominated tech features an extensible new Terrain Editor, a new data-driven Time of Day Editor, as well as high-level runtime debugging tools.

Engine vendor Emergent says the tech has also undergone a host of performance improvements.

The beta version has been released across the firm’s international collection of source code distribution servers.
