Escape scoops Pixar workshop

Training provider Escape Studios is to host an animation workshop presented by Pixar supervising animatior Andrew Gordon.

The course, which takes place on July 10th and 11th, will see Gordon covering character animation in detail, starting with the basic principles and going on to tackle staging, pose design and advanced techniques for gestures, face and hand animation, as well as high-level polishing techniques.

Applicable to student and professional animators of any level, the workshop costs £300 for two days and is software-agnostic, teaching techniques applicable to any package. Those wishing to book should contact Escape for further information.
