Developer shortlisted for National Council for Work Experience Awards

Eutechnyx nominated for work placement gong

UK developer Eutechnyx has been shortlisted for a National Council for Work Experience Award.

The Gateshead-based studio’s undergraduate placement program, Level Up, has been recognised in the ‘Best Work Experience Provider: 10 – 250 Employees’ category. The annual NCWE Awards are designed to recognise and reward employers for their good practice in work experience provision.

The Eutechnyx scheme has been running for two years and works with several UK universities to offer 12-month placements to students.

“We offer the best training in the world and so expect only the best from applicants,” said Arwen Duddington, the Level Up team leader.

“We limit the places available and this encourages competition and excellence from those applying. We individually mentor each student and provide a tailor-made placement. I think that helps make Level Up the success it is. By driving the students to excel, it also helps us excel and give them the training and experience they deserve.”
