Canadian online specialist Alchemic Dream to handle community management and support

Game Tribe outsources MMO management

European free-to-play MMO portal Game Tribe has signed a deal to outsource management of its games to Canadian firm Alchemic Dream.

The partnership covers ‘a set of services’ that includes community management and customer support. Alchemic Dream has previously worked on games such as Lord of the Rings Online, Second Life, Archlord, Dungeons and Dragons Online and Pirates of the Burning Sea.

"GameTribe is one of the most successful European online portals for MMOG and we are delighted to provide Game Media Networks with our customer services solutions," said Aurelien Merville, CEO of Alchemic Dream
