Gary Gygax dies at 69

Gary Gygax, co-creator of the hugely popular Dungeons and Dragons table-top RPG, has died at age 69 in his Lake Geneva home.

The game, introduced in 1974, has had a huge impact in the evolution of computer role-playing games and in turn most other contemporary games.
