Organisers of GDC Austin have rebranded the annual trade event GDC Online, with the Texas-based conference cementing its focus on online markets and development.
The event will still take place in Austin, taking place October 5-8. No speakers have yet been announced.
“All the GDC events in Austin have built a strong reputation for engaging the online development community, and for serving as an essential forum for developers to learn and network. We’re proud to say that GDC Online will continue this legacy,” said event director Izora de Lillard.
