Mind Candy co-developing mobile titles as part of recent deal with mobile giant

Gree bags two new Moshi Monsters games

Mind Candy is to launch two new mobile Moshi Monsters games on Gree as part of its recently partnership with the mobile gaming giant.

The new titles, Moshi Monsters Village and Lost Island will be co-developed with Gree as part of the firms’ joint venture announced in May.

Gree has made a number of partnerships in the last few months with firms such as Hothead Games, Funzio and Ubisoft signing deals with the firm as it looks to expand its influence in the West.

"We are hugely excited to announce the launch of these two titles following our partnership with Gree,” said Mind Candy CEO Michael Acton Smith.

"Having the Moshi Monsters brand within our line-up underlines our commitment to delivering great family friendly content direct to the consumer. Moshi Monsters is a hugely popular and successful global brand,” said Gree exec director Tsuyoshi Tanaka.

“We are very honoured to be working with the team at Mind Candy to release these titles from the Moshi Monsters stable."

Moshi Monsters Villa and Lost Island is currently slated for release in Autumn.
