Former Instinct, Microsoft and THQ man joins motion sensor controller firm

In2Games takes a Gamble

Industry veteran Mike Gamble has joined UK firm In2Games as VP of third party relations and will now set about driving adoption of its Freedom technology.

Gamble’s career takes in the likes of Epic, Sega, Microsoft, MathEngine, THQ and Instinct. He has also worked at Microsoft, helping to establish DirectX as the leading PC development technology, and headed up THQ’s European development group, delivering such hits as Broken Sword 3, Juiced, and Moto GP2.

Recent projects include working as a consultant for Microsoft, identifying and contracting the European-developed games for the Vista launch portfolio, and business development for Instinct Technology, a middleware team from the Irish Republic.
