Industries collide at Paris event UbiQ

Companies from collaborating and competing industries will be represented at the upcoming UbiQ event in Paris.

Representatives from games publisher Ubisoft will join people from the likes file-sharing firm BitTorrent, international production company Fremantle Media, bourgeoning Arab media group Yes2Digital, as well as Mark Zuckerberg’s sister Randi (pictured).

The concept of the event is “no borders”; to encourage entertainment companies to not think of their particular divisions as silos, but as interacting industries that can share ideas.

UbiQ runs from June 18th to 19th in Paris.
