Two key devs leave Call of Duty studio

Infinity Ward loses more staff

Two important staff members have left the Call of Duty studio Infinity Ward, following the recent firing of the studio founders by publisher Activision.

Lead designer Todd Alderman and software engineer Francesco Gigliotti have now also left the company after a combined involvement of over fifteen years. The circumstances of the departure remain unclear, but a source close to Infinity Ward told Kotaku that the pair resigned.

Infinity Ward has had a turbulent time of late, what with also taking critisism for releasing Modern Warfare 2 DLC at a premium price.

Fired former studio heads Vince Zampella and Jason West have now signed with a Hollywood talent agency.
