Key Bioshock Infinite duo leave studio to head to platform holder

Irrational Games devs depart for Microsoft

Bioshock Infinite’s development team has taken another hit with the loss of two more key members.

Superannuation reports the game’s AI lead, Don Norbury, and combat design director Clint Bundrick have moved on to jobs with Microsoft.

According to their respective Linkedin profiles, Norbury’s new role at Microsoft is senior software development engineer and Bundrick has the title of senior designer.

A handful of other significant Irrational Games staff tied to Infinite’s development, including its longstanding art director Nate Wells, departed back in August.

Bioshock Infinite isn’t scheduled to arrive until Feburary, but we’ll get our first glimpse at the game in months with the arrival of a new trailer this weekend.
