Jun Takeuchi to replace Inafune

Jun Takeuchi has been touted as the man to replace Keiji Inafune as Capcom’s executive producer, following the latter’s resignation from the role.

Eurogamer say Takeuchi will take on the position of head of R&D management group, consumer games R&D division and contents management division from November 1st.

The director/producer has worked on a number of Capcom titles, from success stories like Street Fighter II on the SNES to more recent and conservatively received Lost Planet 2.
