Parent company Catalis to found seperate QA and development holding companies

Kuju and Testronic owner set for corporate restructure.

Catalis, the Dutch media company which owns independent developer Kuju and QA firm Testronic Labs, has announced plans for a corporate restructure.

In a bid to streamline the current senior management structure’s management board and supervisory board into one, new divisional holding companies will be set up for the Quality Assurance division (Testronic Labs) and Game Development division, (Kuju Entertainment which was acquired last year).

A statement from the company said: "These re-organisational efforts aim to homogenise the market positioning of these business divisions and to ease future acquisition activities."
