...and we've singled out the most interesting sessions at the inaugural French conference

One week until Lyon GDC

In one week France’s first GDC kicks off in Lyon.

The event promises a mix of sessions, looking at game design, production, business and technology – and how it all relates to next-gen game creation.

In preparation for the event, we’ve picked out the best of the show’s 50 sessions, singling out keynotes from Crytek and Ubisoft, plus lectures looking at casual games and how to introduce more emotion into the medium. You can read the full list here.

Lyon GDC takes place on December 3rd and 4th at the Centre de Congres in Lyon France – the official site includes details on how to register (pass prices start at €395) and the full session line up.

Game Connection Europe, he B2B event for studios and service companies, runs alongside the event from Decmeber 4th to 6th.
