OnLive CEO joins next DICE Summit line-up

The founder of the highly-debated cloud-computing firm OnLive is one of the first set of speakers announced for the upcoming DICE Summit.

OnLive CEO Steve Perlman will be joined by Remedy Entertainment’s president Matias Myllrinne, whose studio is known for the first two Max Payne titles and the upcoming Alan Wake.

The DICE Summit, which opens from February 17-19 2010, will also see a speaker session from the Electronic Software Association’s senior council Ken Doroshow.

The event will also see a heightened academic input, with two laboratory directors from The Barrow Institute (which has in the past produced studies on the neuroscience of illusions), as well as a professor of entertainment technology at Carnegie Mellon University.

“Our program for 2010 is fast becoming the most prolific line-up we’ve ever produced,” said Joseph Olin, president of event organizers AIAS. “From the industry’s most gifted minds behind some of the greatest entertainment properties, to leading edge thinkers steeped in the nature of creativity, there will be alot to talk about at this year’s Summit.”
