New release features tiled 3D content processing

PathEngine upgraded to version 5.11

Path-finding solution PathEngine has been updated to version 5.11.

The main feature of the latest release is the addition of a tiled 3D content processing setup, which enables 3D source content data such as environments and levels to be split into independent chunks based on a horizontal tiling. These chunks are then processed independently, with the resultant pieces then combined into run-time ground meshes.

The benefit of this tiled process is that it essentially decouples things like processing times and memory cost from overall world complexity and enables incremental and parallel processing of the source tiles.

PathEngine version 5.11 is available to all licensees from the PathEngine website.
