Phoenix Online’s episodic adventure Cognition now up for preorder

Phoenix Online’s episodic point-and-click adventure Cognition is now available for preorder for PC and Mac.

The game is broken up into four episodes, and a Season Pass makes all episodes available to buyers on release at a discounted preorder rate of $24.99. Post-release, the package will sell for $29.99.

The Season Pass also entitles buyers to the prequel e-comic and the full soundtrack of Episode 1: The Hangman. Individual episodes will be sold for $9.99.

Cognition follows the adventures of Erica Reed, an FBI agent haunted by the unsolved case of the serial killer who took her brother’s life. Erica unravels her cases with the help of her post-cognition abilities – seeing an object’s past with a touch”.

Cognition is available for preorder on Rainand GamersGate, and a playable demo for PC and Mac are also now available. The game is also up for voting on Steam Greenlight.

Vitek Goyel, founder of Mumbai-based game art studio PixelTek, also serves as developer Phoenix Online’s vice president. PixelTek has partnered with Phoenix Online in the development of Cognition.
