Registrations open for GDC 2016, new VR conference added

Yes, the year isn’t over yet and it’s already time to start thinking about GDC.

Organisers UBM have opened registrations for next year’s Game Developers Conference in San Francisco. It will be the 30th outing for the iconic industry event.

GDC will once again be held at San Francisco’s Moscone Center and will run from March 14th to 18th. It will encompass five days of lectures and panel sessions, as well as tutorials and workshops across a vast range of development topics.

New this year is a sister event entitled the Virtual Reality Developers Conference, discussing the latest trends and breakthroughs in both VR and AR development.

You can register for GDC 2016 by heading to the website. Early bird rates allows devs to save up to $700 on select passes.
