Rockstar vets form Solid Audioworks

Former Rockstar developers Craig Conner and Will Morton have opened a new production studio dubbed Solid Audioworks.

The pair most recently worked together at Rockstar North and both have worked extensively on the Grand Theft Auto franchise. Morton served as a dialogue supervisor and senior audio designer for the series, while Conner oversaw the music direction of GTA for the better part of two decades.

"Over the last twenty years we have helped shape some of the highest-rated, most technically-demanding and best selling games in history and we aim to continue that success with Solid Audioworks," Conner stated.

"We’re thrilled to be able to bring our wealth of knowledge and experience in music and sound production to a variety of exciting new games." Morton added.

The Dunfermline, Scotland-based production house will look to cater specifically to film and video game companies.
