Main conference submissions accepted now through August 28th

Submissions open for GDC 2013

This year’s GDC may seem like it was only yesterday, but conference organisers have opened the call for lectures, roundtables, panels and poster sessions for the 2013 event.

The conference is scheduled for March 25-29 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

Submissions will be accepted now through August 28th for all main conference tracks to include Audio, Business, Marketing and Management, Production, Programming, Visual Arts, and Game Design.

This is the first of a three stage process, to continue with review and resubmission, followed by a final review.

As usual, specialized summits will take place during the first two days of the conference.

Summit submissions will open on September 26th and close October 23rd, 2012.

"Since our record-breaking attendance at last year’s GDC, we set our minds to deliver a conference that is ahead of the curve in this ever evolving industry," said Meggan Scavio, general manager of all Game Developers Conference events.

"From smartphones, to tablets, to home consoles, we are excited to receive a variety of top notch submissions from the best and brightest developers in the industry."
