Supersike Games announces Catcher in the Sky for iOS

With its debut game still two days away from release, Delhi-based indie developer Supersike Games is already teasing its next game – Catcher in the Sky.

Catcher in the Sky aims to flip the script on the ever-popular endless runner genre. As the studios describes it, the game is the journey of a small spaceship called ‘Catcher’ through a stunning and fantastical universe in search of something…”

The twist comes in the game’s controls. The player has no control over Catcher, and must help Catcher survive by swiping away any obstacles that come in his way.”

Supersike will be in Singapore next week for Casual Connect Asia, where Catcher in the Sky and Yet Another Bird Game are being featured at the indie showcase. So if you happen to be there, drop by and check them out.

Catcher in the Sky is headed to iPhone and iPad, but no release date has been announced. The studio’s debut effort – Yet Another Bird Game – hits the App Store for iPhone/iPod Touch on 16th May.
