UKIE opens applications for GDC 2016 UK stand

Trade body UKIE has opened applications to any developers that wish to be part of the UK games industry stand at next year’s Game Developers Conference.

GDC returns to San Francisco from March 14th to 18th, 2016, and marks the conference’s 30th anniversary.

UKIE will once again be hosting the UK industry stand and is offering a range of exhibitor packages to studios who wish to show off their games and host meetings during the conference. Devs who book before Friday, January 8th will receive Early Bird rates, while UKIE members will also get discounts.

The trade body has also teamed up with UKTI to arrange some exhibitor grants worth £2,000 to further help developers afford to attend the biggest event of the year.

Finally, Mediacom 24-7 has been appointed as travel partner to help developers arrange flights to San Francisco.
