VIDEO: Harmonix developing shoot-em-up A City Sleeps

Dance Central and Rock Band studio Harmonix is developing a shump called A City Sleeps.

This being a Harmonix game, there is a musical twist – the title’s soundtrack is an essential part of the gameplay. Everything on the screen – such as enemy movement and projectiles – appears to be tied to the music.

The title is coming to Steam. It is available to pre-order now and is set for an October release. Those pre-ordering A City Sleeps will get the soundtrack on top of the game.

Harmonix also has two more games coming out this year – Dance Central: Spotlight on September 2nd and Disney: Fantasia Evolved on October 24th.

This is in addition to free-to-play shooter Chroma, though uncertainty hangs over that particular title.
