Office becomes the largest outsourcing studio in Quebec

VMC expands Montreal outfit

QA and services specialists VMC has announced another expansion to its Montreal offices.

The branch handles a range of games services, continuing VMC’s growth in the QA, localisation, customer support and software development sectors.

The company now claims this is “the largest outsourcing studio in Quebec”.

This is the second time the Montreal outfit has been expanded in the past three years, now spread across floor space of 33,000 square feet – a 50 per cent increase. VMC Montreal can now accommodate up to 800 seats “for ramp-ups and large products”.

“Whatever our clients can dream up, we’re ready to handle,” says interim COO Doug Dorweiler. “VMC continues to grow, and this latest expansion reinforces our ability to adapt and scale to developers’ changing needs throughout the lifecycle of their game.”
