Boost for job seekers as event brings together digital media recruiters

Wired Sussex job fair returns to Brighton

The Wired Sussex Digital Media Jobs and Skills Fair is returning for its second year in Brighton.

Taking place on February 26th at Brighton’s Corn Exchange, the event plans to bring together the city’s leading digital media companies and educational establishments to meet with those looking to start or develop their careers in games and other related fields.

“There is still a significant number of vacancies in the digital media sector regionally. Companies are keen to find individuals – freelance or permanent – with the right expertise, and being able to demonstrate that you have those skills will only become more important,” said Phil Jones, MD of Wired Sussex.

“The Fair will provide a wealth of information for anyone who wants to develop their digital media career, with careers advisors, information for freelancers and an evening talk on future proofing your skills from New Media Age editor Mike Nutley.”
