MLG to host Call of Duty World League event in Dallas

Activision and MLG have announced that they are bringing the Call of Duty World League to Dallas this March.

The event will take place between March 17th and 19th, at the Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel. Up to 176 will compete, with 16 teams being invited directly into the group stage based on pro points. Nine North American teams will be invited alongside five European teams and for the first time this season, two APAC teams.

$200,000 will be up for grabs at the event, along with those all important CWL pro points, that will determine who makes it to future events.

The news comes just days before the Gfinity CWL London event. Sixteen of the best EU teams will head to the Gfinity arena this weekend to show off their skills and try and walk away as champions.
