Splyce signs Filipino Champ

Splyce has announced the signing of Ryan "Filipino Champ" Ramirez, a professional Street Fighter player.

Filipino Champ is the first fighting game player that Splyce have signed, but if their previous history is anything to go by he probably won’t be the last.

As one of the top players in the scene there was a lot of speculation when he left his former organisation Panda Global as to where he would end up. Ultimately it was Splyce that tempted him away.

"I’m really happy to start this new chapter of my career," said Filipino Champ. "I’m so humbled and amazed how Splyce and the Bruins have rolled out the red carpet for me."

The move seems to be a smart one for Splyce, as not only do they get a top Street Fighter V player, but the also get one of the best Marvel vs Capcom players ever, and with a new game just around the corner they could have one of the best players in the world across two games.
