EA has confirmed a release date for FIFA 15 in Europe.
And it will come as no surprise – it’s September 26th, falling in line with more or less every other FIFA release in living memory.
Remember that this year’s PC version will be based on the same next-gen Ignite engine as the PS4 and Xbox One releases. There won’t be a PS2 release this year.
EA has also revealed that it has completely re-worked the goalkeepers for this year’s game with 50 new save animations, improved AI and a new player model. There’s a video about the keepers below.
Pro Clubs now allow for customisable penalty and free kicks animations while Career mode boasts better player growth and an improved scouting system – although perhaps ditching the scouting thing may have been a better idea?
Team management and player instruction systems have also been revised.
Oh, and Roy Keane will make an appearance in FIFA Ultimate Team legends.
