Akuma arrives in Street Fighter V

The second season of Street Fighter V has kicked off, with a new playable character and a ton of new changes.

Akuma is now available to purchase and play along with his story, premium battle and nostalgia costumes.

Akuma is the first of six new characters due over the course of season two, and you can pick them all up as part of the Season 2 character pass for £24.99.

The patch also brings a ton of changes to game play and other areas of the game. Players who quit an online game will now lose points as if it was a loss in order to combat the issue, which has been a problem since launch.

A full run down of patch notes is available here, but be warned it’s a long one.
