Minecraft for PS3 creeps toward release

One of the biggest Xbox 360 success stories this year is nearing its long-awaited release on PS3.

Developer 4J Studios stated on Twitter that it is hard at work getting Minecraft: PS3 Edition ready for testing just now”, adding that there are "no confirmed dates yet – we’ll let you know when we have dates for the other platforms".

It has also revealed that Minecraft will not be a PS4 launch game. An Xbox One version is also in the works, although that is also without a release date.
