Nintendo Switch to tour UK this month

Nintendo has announced it’s bringing the Switch to three UK cities before its official launch on March 3rd. This month, would-be Switch players will be able to go hands on with Nintendo’s new console between February 10th and February 26th in London, Birmingham and Manchester. You can see the full schedule below.

Attendees will have to apply for tickets in order to attend (full details on how to apply are available on Nintendo UK’s website), but four two-hour sessions will be available each day. Tickets are limited, though, so consumers will need to grab one fast if they wish to attend.

Six games will be on show during the Switch tour, including flagship launch titles The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and 1-2-Switch, as well as Splatoon 2, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, ARMS and indie title Snipperclips.

Attendees will also be able to experience the Switch in all its various play modes, including TV mode, handheld mode and tabletop mode.

If applicants find themselves unsuccessful this time round, Nintendo’s confirmed that it will be bringing the Switch to other locations around the UK throughout the rest of the year, so stay tuned to Nintendo’s UK social media channels for future updates.
