Syndicate, Ali-A and DanTDM to star in September’s Legends of Gaming Live

A number of YouTube’s brightest names have been confirmed for the inaugural Legends of Gaming Live tournament and exhibition this September.

Sponsored by GAME, the Upper Street Events and Endemol organised gathering will take over Alexandra Palace from September 3rd. Confirmed participants include Syndicate, Ali-A and DanTDM as well as AshleyMarieeGaming, Calfreezy, Comedy Shorts Gamer and Twiinsane.

Competitions will be held in a 2,500 seat arena.

“Some of the most popular YouTubers in the country will be bringing their audiences to Alexandra Palace for what will be the most spectacular tournament and exhibition the games industry has ever seen,” Upper Street’s event director Katie Ventresca said.

“Since launching the event late last year we have had several thousand requests for tickets and have an impressive list of exhibitors and sponsors including major players in console, PC Hardware, accessories and triple-A publishers.”

GAME’s marketing and insight director Fred Prego added: “We are delighted to be the headline sponsor for the inaugural Legends of Gaming Live event and we are really looking forward to welcoming the gaming community at Alexandra Palace in September.

“We will have some fantastic offers on our stand and some unique interactive elements, which promises to be really good fun for everyone who comes to see us at the event.”

Tickets will go on sale at the end of March, with more info to be posted on the official website.
