PlayStation Now hitting PS3 in the US this month

Sony’s streaming games PlayStation Now service will be launched on PS3 in the US in the coming days.

PlayStation Now has been available on PS4 in the US since last year and entered beta in the UK last month. Now the service is making its way to PS3 for the first time, with Vita support to follow at some stage in the near future.

It will arrive on Sony’s legacy console with a number of new streamable PS3 titles, bringing the catalogue’s total selection across formats to over 100 games.

The new PS3 games include Fat Princess, F1 2014, Sanctum 2, Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce and Farming Simulator.

UK prices for the service have not yet been revealed but the US subscription fees are not cheap, standing at either $19.99 per month or $44.99 for three months.
