An alternative colour for the PS4 is due to hit European retailers later this year, SCE Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida has said.
Until now the white model has only been confirmed for inclusion in the Destiny hardware bundle due out on September 9th.
However, CVG spotted an interview with GameOne in which the Sony developer exec confirmed that a standalone release for the alternative hardware is in the works, and before the year is out too.
Specifics of the SKU are obviously still unconfirmed, but a white DualShock 4 and 500GB HDD seem likely.
